The saying "There's no such thing as coincidence" does well to sum up the meaning here, in that, no matter how random an incident may appear to us, from the perspective of the Creator (Khaliq) everything is interwoven and interconnected, and takes place within the absolute knowledge of Almighty Allah's name of All-Knowing (Alim).
